Health Card Requirements
About Your OHIP Health Card
Valid OHIP Card Required
As a patient, you must bring and present a VALID OHIP card when registering to EACH MEDICAL VISIT, whether by telephone, or in-person.
No OHIP Card / Out-of-Province (Quebec)
For patients without a valid OHIP Health Card or Out-Of-Province Quebec residents, a minimum $100+ medical visit FEE is required to be paid prior to being assessed by a doctor.
Refundable: The fee is refundable within 60 days of the medical visit ONLY when you present BOTH a valid OHIP Health Card for the date the visit was conducted and the original receipt.
Out-of-Country Residents
Out-Of-Country residents will be charged a minimum of $200+ Non-Refundable FEE per medical visit.
Note: This fee is non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

Important Notice About Closing Times
The clinic reserves the right to CLOSE PRIOR TO THE POSTED CLOSING TIME (online & onsite) due to excessive patient volumes or unforeseen circumstances. Patient registration ends 30–60 minutes prior to the posted closing hours.
Medication Policy
About Prescription Refills
Narcotic medications are NOT kept on-site and our doctors will NOT offer prescription refills for any narcotics, sedative-hypnotics, or stimulants to walk-in patients.
Such medications may include but are not limited to:
Oxycontin, Percocet, Percodan, Tylenol 2 and 3, Benzodiazepines, Ritalin, Adderall, etc.

About Patient Behaviour
Our clinic staff will NOT tolerate any behavior that is rude, belligerent, aggressive, threatening, or any verbal or physical abuse.
Our clinic reserves the right to decline care to those patients displaying any of the above listed behaviors.
Scheduling Policy
No-Shows, Cancelling & Rescheduling Appointments
Cancelling or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation/rebooking fee.
No-Show or Missed Appointment
Patients will be charged a No-Show Fee for a missed appointment of approximately $60 and up.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
